Killarney, not Killkenny

Killkenny was a town we passed through on the way from Dublin to Cork a few days ago.  There was a castle, and pretty scenery.

Killarney is an equally quaint town which we stayed at for a couple of days following Cork, in a local bed and breakfast just outside of Killarney's town center.

The first was rainy, but we decided to hike through the national park anyways; I'm glad I brought my waterproof boots, because we needed to cross a flooded pathway beside the lake to get to the "Tower House." 

The Tower House tour was a great experience, and made our rainy day walk serve a meaningful purpose.  Much fun was had.  Selfy attached.
